The Eurostar from London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord makes travelling to France super easy and convenient. I took the Eurostar on the Saturday morning for the weekend to see my parents who were onto their last city of their Europe trip.
It was lovely to hang with them and explore Paris again (for the 3rd time!)

Starter – Halibut & salmon smoked halibut & salmon marinated with five berries
Starter – Artichoke cream & foie gras on a toast with summer truffle shaves and smoked duck breast fillet
Main – Red mullet & variegated scallops with rizo with garden peas and beans and lobster cream
Mains – Beef tartare with green mustard & capers, risotto of potatoes and chanterelle mushrooms
Main – Glazed sword fish with spices & sesame seeds, fondue of sweet peppers & chorizo and sweet peppers coulis
