I am training for the London to Brighton cycle in June and I’m trying to fit in rides by going to interesting places. Hampton Court is approximately 20 km one way from my place in Central London so I booked my tickets online for Hampton Court Palace to make sure I was committed to ride there and back on Saturday morning. Tickets are £21.30 for adults and I recommend getting there when it opens at 10am to avoid the crowds.
It was lovely to explore the Palace and especially their gardens. It’s no Versailles but it was still really beautiful. I spent around 1.5 hours here so it’s a very easy half day trip to do from London.
